The mighty Baroque organ was built in 1625 by Antonio Scudellino and Giovanni Cipria. The parapet of the choir is decorated with statues of saints.
Next to this, you can admire the Miniscalchi chapel that stands out in the left nave for its wealth. It is dedicated to the Holy Spirit. The altar from 1436 has a central portion that is slightly concave closed within a marble arch. In the apse there is a Pentecost fresco, painted in 1509 by Cavazzola and Francesco Morone. On the altar, the altarpiece of the Pentecost by Niccolò Giolfino, from 1519. On the predella there is the Predication by Saint Vincent Ferrer.
