The fourth chapel on the right aisle belongs to the Pindemonte family. The remains of the famous poet Ippolito Pindemonte are at the foot of the altar.

The chapel was completed around 1535 and uses the Arco dei Gavi as its model, a famous Roman monument from the first century AD originally placed on the road in front of the current Castelvecchio. The Renaissance altarpiece is by Giovan Francesco Caroto depicting St. Martin giving his cloak to a poor man: the scene is being watched by a gentle Madonna with Child.
